WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

WHY IS PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
EIGO deals with the information it receives in order to provide management services for its clients in relation to administration, accounting and sales. In addition, it coordinates construction works and deals with the administration of the company itself. Personal data received will be kept only as long as services are being provided, until deletion is requested by the interested party or may be kept for the number of years necessary in order to comply with legal obligations.
ARE THERE LEGITIMATE REASONS FOR USING YOUR DATA?
The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the interested party, as well as the provision of data-hosting services requested by the client.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
In addition, the data will be transferred to third parties in cases where there is a legal obligation. These include tax authorities, government departments for social security, numerous banking entities and other ruling authorities. International data transfers are not expected to take place.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their personal data is being processed at EIGO. Such persons have the right to:
- Request access to personal data relating to the interested party
- Request its correction or deletion
- Request the limitation of the use of their data
- Object to the use of their data
- Request data portability
Interested parties may access their personal data, as well as request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case data will only be kept in order to pursue or defend against claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. EIGO will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or in order to pursue or defend against claims. They may also request the portability of their data. Interested parties will also have the right to effective legal protection and to file a claim with the relevant authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in accordance with regulations.
HOW HAS PERSONAL DATA BEEN OBTAINED?
The personal data dealt with in EIGO comes from the interested party. The type of data processed is as follows:
- Identifying data: name and surnames, email and telephone.
- Any data that are likely to appear in a Curriculum Vitae.
