From EIGO<\/strong>, we would like to thank the Panattoni<\/strong> logistics and real estate company for their continued confidence in our services. On this occasion, they have entrusted us with the construction work for their new project on the J\u00fandiz industrial estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In February, Panattoni will begin construction on the first phase of its warehouse in Vitoria<\/strong> and will work shoulder to shoulder with EIGO. This will be located on a 57,000 square-metre plot on the J\u00fandiz industrial estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The warehouse premises will have 20,000 square metres<\/strong> of gross leasable area for one or more tenants, forming a large distribution and logistics centre. Subsequently, a second space of 13,000 square metres will be built, further expanding the usable area.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The logistics centre will be located in a strategic enclave<\/strong> in the Madrid-Ir\u00fan corridor, close to the A-1 highway; this will facilitate road transport to France and the rest of Europe. In addition, the site on which it is to be located has state-of-the-art facilities<\/strong> and modular warehouses. It is therefore perfectly adaptable to individual client needs.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The entire project will be undertaken using a sustainable and environmentally<\/strong> friendly approach and we will continually strive to reduce emissions and minimise energy consumption.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The first phase of the project will be completed at the end of 2022, once the construction works are finished, and it is estimated that around 500 jobs will be created.<\/strong><\/p>\n
